Every Pre Shot Golf training aid is built to last. Here's what's covered, and how we make it right if something isn't perfect.
6-Month Limited Warranty
Every Pre Shot Golf training aid is covered by a 6-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects, starting from the date of purchase.
If your device arrives damaged or fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship under normal use, we'll repair or replace it at no cost to you.
The warranty does not cover damage from normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, or unauthorized modification or repair. It covers the physical training aid; the Pre Shot Pro app subscription is governed separately by its own terms.
Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If something isn't right, we want to know — and we'll work with you until it is.
